MainModules

ccorolv lisitou elorra cocoordelvip alcobaslilit MainModules are the buildingblocks (modules) that form your specific environment (contains the root filesystem). They determine how your desktop looks, contain a wide range of programs and lots of other goodies. They generally are between 50 and 500MB, but technically they can get as big as you can fit on a CD.

There are a number of mainmodules downloadable, in combination with base (thus a Combined iso) or separate. Throwing multiple mainmodules in the /mainmod directory gives you a prompt at boottime, letting you select one.
