-This error occurs on the following machines: Toshiba 700CT laptop (P120 mHz, 32 Megs RAM, 3 Gig HD, latest (1996) BIOS, booting from external floppy as you cannot boot from CD-ROM). Also tried all known floppy boot images (3 of them) from Morphix website.
I have a similar problem with my Compaq Armada 4131T (P1, 120 MHz, 48 MByte Ram) and with my desktop pc (P2 350 MHz, Asus mainboard). I get the same message as above. I would guess that the floppy.img from the mirror is somehow faulty .. JS.
